Delivery across Israel
Delivery to your specified address in Israel costs ₪35 and is free for orders of ₪500 or more. Delivery takes 1–4 business days, with a maximum of 4 business days from completion of the purchase.
Haifa & Krayot
Local address delivery in Haifa and Krayot costs ₪20 and is free for orders of ₪200 or more. Delivery is completed within a maximum of one business day from completion of the purchase.
Free pickup
Collect free of charge from 72 Haviva Reik Street, Haifa 3254132. The order is ready within a maximum of one business day from completion of the purchase. We notify you when it is ready; the pickup time is arranged separately.
When does the delivery period start?
The period runs from completion of the purchase, not from dispatch. Weekly rest days and Israeli public holidays are not business days. Please provide an accurate address and telephone number so your order can be delivered.
If delivery is delayed
If a delay is expected, for example because access to an area is restricted, an emergency occurs, roads are closed or delivery details are incomplete, we will contact you promptly with the reason and the revised delivery date. This notice does not remove your statutory cancellation or refund rights, including where delivery is late.
Returns and exchanges — how to return
In addition to your statutory cancellation and return rights, ENVI offers returns or exchanges through its store service for new, unused products. Contact us to arrange the return or exchange. This condition applies only to the additional store service and does not limit your statutory rights, including in cases of a defect, nonconformity or breach by the seller, or where statutory cancellation rights also apply to an opened or used product.
- At our store: return the product to ENVI at 72 Haviva Reik Street, Haifa 3254132. Contact orders@envi.co.il or +972 54-581-6143 to arrange a visit.
- Courier collection: on request, ENVI can arrange a courier to collect the product from you. Collection costs ₪35, paid by the customer for an ordinary return.
- By post: send the product to the store address. For an ordinary return, the customer arranges and pays the actual postal cost; the ₪35 courier rate does not apply to postal returns.
The costs above apply to ordinary returns unrelated to a defect, nonconformity, late delivery or breach by the business. In those cases, the statutory cancellation and collection terms in the full policy apply, without automatically charging the customer for the return. Arranging the return method is not an additional condition for giving a valid statutory cancellation notice.
